About the event
Please join us for a sponsored educational program and a chance to engage with the local HAE community! Guests will learn how to utilize resources for managing HAE, from selecting insurance plans to taking an active role in maintaining access to therapies, and discover the role that a Specialty Pharmacy plays. Dinner will be provided, and all patients, providers, practice staff, and caregivers 18 and older are welcome.
